TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: 01/12/2026Hello! This section is my super awesome Terms of Service. By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms as the seller!PAYMENTS
1. Any and all payments will only be accepted through Kofi!
2. Payment must be sent in full before the commission is started.
3. The seller will not access the funds until the commission is completed in full, or will notify the customer of doing so.
4. It is the customer's responsibilty to cover the cost of fees, conversion rates or any third party issues.
5. The commission will not be added to the queue or started till the payment is sent in full.REVISIONS AND PROGRESS
6. As my customer, you have the right to request revisions or edits primarily during the sketching phase.
7. All customers have the right to request minor revision changes during the latter phases of the artwork to a reasonable degree.
8. Major revision changes, if not difficult or does not set back the delivery time, will be allowed. This will only be allowed once. If the change does require considerable effort, an additional invoice will be sent depending on the time spent on said change.
8b. Major revision changes include things like changing the pose, the face or major changes to the background if applicable.
9. As your artist, I will be providing regular progress screenshots. All customers have the right to request a progress update at any time.REFUND POLICY
10. All customers reserve the right to a full refund without question if progress has not been shown, or if the commission has not been completed within a month of payment.
11. It is both the customer's responsibility and the artist to respond in a timely manner to comments, progress, questions regarding the art or character(s), notifications of absence and etc.USAGE AND RIGHTS
12. As the artist, I have the right to post all commissions on my social media platforms. If requested, you may remain anonymous. All commissions will have my watermark, no exceptions!
13. Customers reserve the right to use their commission for personal or non-profit use.
13b. Customers are not required to credit me when using my art, but it would be appreciated!
14. Customers using said commissions for profit or for commercial use must be discussed beforehand during payment. Seller has the right to decline any use other than personal.
15. Customers may NOT use their commission for anything related to NFTS, Crypto, AI Datasets or AI tools. Legal action will be taken!CANCELLATIONS
16. I have the right to cancel all commissions, with full refund or partial refund depending on progress, without explanation.
17. Any disrespectful, hateful or brash behaviour will not be tolerated. Please be respectful, as I am to you!

This is my "simple" way of drawing, mainly my way of imitating a colouring book style! This style is a lot easier to draw (and fun), so it's cheaper! I include colouring and shading, as well as a simple background if desired!Freestyle applies, for example, if you pay for a full body but allow me to pick the pose or idea!
